Epmar Corporation provides information on its products to customers for the purpose of enabling compliance with Federal, state and local regulations. This information is provided by Quaker Houghton's fully-staffed Safety, Health & Environmental Group (SHE). The group's main responsibility is the handling of regulatory issues with respect to Quaker Houghton/Epmar raw materials and products.

The two most visual forms of regulatory communication to Epmar's customers are the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and the product label found on the package. Label and SDS information pertains strictly to the neat product.

Quaker Houghton also maintains a 24-hour EMERGENCY HOTLINE to respond to transportation, environmental, and medical emergencies. The contact numbers are indicated on the product label and SDS.
